For optimal protection during return shipments, it’s recommended to use the original packaging of the miner, including the upper and lower foam cushions, and place the equipment in an anti-static bag. If the standard packaging is unavailable, ensure each item is wrapped in dense 10mm foam before placing them in cartons. Hashboards should be separated with foam of at least 10mm to avoid direct contact and are to be packed into cartons. Cartons shall be lined with 5cm dense foam, utilize moisture barrier bags and desiccant packs to protect the equipment from humidity and condensation during transit.
