Users can top-up the balance of their electricity card to pay for subsequent electricity fees.
Electricity Card Top-Up
Users can top-up through the Electricity Card page. Once the order takes effect, the applicable amount will be credited to your electricity card balance, and the top-up amount will be subject to the received amount.
2. The minimum top-up is $1, and the electricity card balance will be calculated in USD.
3. Electricity card top-up cap = Total unpaid electricity fees for all cloud hashrate plans (excluding Fil plans) - remaining electricity card balance
4. The electricity card balance can only be used to pay the electricity fees for cloud hashrate plans.
5. There can only be one active top-up order at a time.
Electricity Card - Manual Payment
The electricity card balance can be used for Manual Payment.
1. When placing a manual order for electricity card top-up, you cannot select Electricity Card Payment and Cashier Payment at the same time.
2. If you wish to pay by using your electricity card balance, identity verification would be required to ensure to the security of funds.
Electricity Card - Auto Payment
You can enable the Auto Payment feature from the management page that is displayed upon purchasing and activating a cloud hashrate plan.
1. If you are enabling the Auto Payment feature for the first time, you will need to perform authorization on your electricity card balance in order for funds to be deducted, and identity verification is required to ensure the security of your funds.
2. Once a user enables the electricity card balance debit feature, the system will automatically deduct from the electricity card balance when the available electricity days of the current cloud hashrate plan are less than 4. The amount deducted each time is equal to 3 days worth of electricity fees.
3. If you have enabled the Auto Payment feature but placed a manual order during the period, the Auto Payment will not be triggered by default (even if the available electricity day(s) is less than 4). If the manual order expires due to zero payment, Auto Payment will be triggered.
4. If Auto Payment fails due to insufficient balance, please ensure to top-up your electricity card promptly. When the available electricity day(s) is less than 4, payments will be made at 11:00 and 17:00 (UTC+8) each day until the payment is successful, and any extra amount shall be utilized on electricity to sustain for more than 4 days.
5. You can enable both 「Auto-Pay with Revenue」 and 「Auto-Pay with Electricity Card」 simultaneously. When both options are available, 「Auto-Pay with Electricity Card」 takes precedence over 「Auto-Pay with Revenue」.
