Warranty:There is no warranty or after-sales service for the auctioned mining machines;
Dispatch time:Expected to be shipped in mid-November 2024;
Shipping method:Direct pick-up at the mining farm, users can engage their own logistics service or opt to engage the logistics company recommended by Bitdeer;
Taxes:Not applicable for export, please check with local authorities for domestic taxes;

• The appearance of used mining machines may differ from brand-new units in the market;
• The mining machines may operate at a reduced frequency due to varying factors such as market fluctuations (i.e. cryptocurrency prices, electricity costs etc.) and mining difficulty, all of which will cause a certain impact on the hash rate of the machine;
• Temporary disconnection or hash rate anomalies of individual mining machines may be caused by environmental factors or network issues;
• It is recommended that well-rounded research is performed prior to making any bidding offers to ensure that you understand the performance and stability of these used mining machines.
1. How can I make payment for the deposit?
Prior to the end of the signup period, prospective bidders are required to make a full deposit payment (in USDT only) and ensure that the deposit is received by Bitdeer in order to secure their eligibility for the auction. The signup period does not require you to complete KYC verification.
2. How do I pay for the balance after the auction?
In the event that your bid is successful, the deposit will be automatically credited to your final transaction price. Bitdeer will contact you directly via email ([email protected]) and you will be required to complete your KYC verification to make balance payment within the allocated period according to Mining Machines Bidding Rules.
3. How do I get my deposit refunded?
If your bid is unsuccessful, you may apply for a deposit refund via our event page. The deposit will be refunded to the user based on the actual USDT amount received by Bitdeer (the refund address must pass compliance review).
