Effective Date: September 01, 2026
Welcome to Bitdeer!
We respect the privacy of our users and website visitors (collectively, "you") and are committed to protecting your online privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines the process by which Bitdeer and its associated entities (hereafter referred to as "Bitdeer" or "we") manage, collect, maintain and process user Personal Data. It applies to all Bitdeer systems, platforms, websites, applications and services (collectively, “Services”) through which we collect or process Personal Data.
Under this Policy, we distinguish between two types of data:
"Service Data": Information we collect to operate our platform (e.g., account information, logs). This Policy applies to Service Data.
"Customer Content": Data uploaded, stored, or processed using our computing resources (e.g., AI model parameters, training datasets, mining payloads, private keys). We process Customer Content solely on your behalf as a "Data Processor" subject to our Service Agreement or Terms of Service (ToS).
This Policy applies solely to "Service Data" and does not apply to "Customer Content", which is governed by the applicable Service Agreement or ToS.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Policy to understand the changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective as of the time they are posted on this page.

V International data transmission
By submitting your information, you agree that your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to and stored in computers and systems outside of the jurisdiction of your country. Where we transfer Personal Data out of Singapore, we take appropriate steps to ensure that the recipient is bound by legally enforceable obligations to provide a standard of protection comparable to that under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012, including through written contracts incorporating data protection terms. Where additional transfer mechanisms are required by other applicable data protection laws (including, where applicable, the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), or the laws of other jurisdictions in which you reside), we put in place such additional mechanisms (such as standard contractual clauses) as required.

No part of our Services will target individuals under the age of 13 or other age of minority. If you are under the age of 13, please do not use or access our Services in any way.
For users in jurisdictions where a higher age threshold applies under applicable law (for example, 16 under GDPR Article 8, subject to member-state opt-down to as low as 13, or under UK-GDPR/Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 norms), that higher threshold applies in place of the age of 13 referenced above.
When we learn that we have inadvertently collected Personal Data from such individuals who lack legal capacity (including individuals of various applicable minority ages), we will remove or take other appropriate measures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
VIII Change of Personal Data usage purpose
If we decide to use your Personal Data for any purpose other than as notified in this Privacy Policy, we will notify you and provide you with a valid exit path for you to choose not to use your Personal Data for such use.

Specific retention periods vary by data type:
(1) Service & Log Data: We generally retain infrastructure logs and technical telemetry for a limited period for security monitoring, debugging and platform optimization.
(2) Identity & Transaction Data: To comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws and financial regulations, we are often required to retain your Identity Verification Information and transaction history for a minimum period (typically 5 to 7 years) after your account is closed.
Where permitted by law, we may store certain Personal Data for filing or legal protection of our rights.
Personal Data that is no longer necessary for the purposes outlined in this Policy, and is not subject to legal retention requirements, will be deleted. In instances where immediate deletion is not feasible, access will be limited until deletion is possible.
X How to understand, acquire, change or delete your Personal Data
If you wish to confirm that we are processing your Personal Data, access any Personal Data we may have about you, correct any Personal Data we collect from you, or delete your Personal Data, you may use the contact details set forth in this Privacy Policy under Section XI to make a request.
It is important for us to ensure the accuracy, completeness and currency of the Personal Data we collect about you. If you find that your information is inaccurate or out of date, please let us know and we will make the appropriate changes. However, we may not be able to accept requests to change information if we believe that the change will violate any legal or regulatory requirements or result in incorrect information.
We take reasonable steps to keep the Personal Data we hold about you accurate, complete and up to date for the purposes for which it is used. Those steps include validating or verifying your Personal Data, and correcting Personal Data promptly when you inform us it is wrong or out of date.
Before we act on a request, we will verify that the request comes from you or from someone authorized to act for you and may ask you for information to confirm your identity.
