Building Community, Creating Belonging

Strong communities are built through the people, places, and activities that bring us together. In Norway, Bitdeer supports initiatives that help young people grow, connect, and feel a sense of belonging in the communities they call home.

In Elnesvågen, our partnership with the local football club helps create opportunities for children and youth to develop teamwork, confidence, and lasting friendships. The club is more than a place to play sport. It is an important part of everyday community life, bringing together families, volunteers, and neighbours around a shared sense of identity and pride.

In Tydal, we support winter athletes Kjersti and Ingrid Græsli as they pursue their sporting ambitions and inspire the next generation of young athletes. We also support athletes Robert Lunden (Snowcross), the Tydal Handball team and the local biking Team Rynkeby. Their dedication reflects the values that help communities thrive through perseverance, resilience, and commitment. In addition, we support Tydal alpine center where youth from Tydal and surrounding areas can explore alpine skiing.

These partnerships reflect our belief that investing in people is one of the most meaningful ways to contribute to a community's future. By supporting local youth, encouraging participation, and strengthening community connections, we aim to help create places where individuals feel valued, supported, and proud to belong.
